At Taylor Made Health, I treat even the smallest members of the family! From infancy to 100 years plus, I am here for examination, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing wellness for you and your children or grandchildren. I am fully trained in every area of health and wellbeing so no problem is too big or small.
I believe in making sure that you are going in the right direction. This means really looking at the results of blood tests in-clinic testing and any other findings to bring the right answers for your body only.
When we find the reason for your physical problems, we can start the correct course of action. The goal is that you will be in the best health possible.
Sick of being sick? The mosquito needs stagnant water to breed, but can not make the water still. In other words, if you are sick, why is it happening to you? Do you get sick but not those around you? There is a reason for this, and it can be fixed. I have made sure that finding out exactly what is going on is easy.
Yoga is a big part of our learning to connect with the physical form as well as quieting the mind for healing. Yoga combines the physical with the mental and brings our focus back onto our body whilst toning and stretching our muscles for a strong frame. This is only one activity that a person can choose to bring strength and flexibility. The most important thing to remember is to move in whichever way feels good and is easy to do.
After completing a 4 year degree, I have dedicated my life to learning about every aspect of health, wellbeing and fitness and how to be in the best body possible. I have continued the process of learning about every health and disease process possible and am currently completing the Bachelor of Dementia Care on a Scholarship through the University of Tasmania as well as continual education through many private courses.
